چکیده

This paper presents an approach for building secure servicebased coordinated systems. Secure coordination is considered at two levels: abstraction (i.e., specification) and execution (i.e., run level). At the abstraction level, we define a general model enabling to specify coordination and its related non functional properties (such as security). Theion level, we define a general model enabling to specify coordination and its related non functional properties (such as security). The idea is to use constraints for expressing the application logic of a coordinated system and its required security strategies. Coordination activities are the key concepts used for controlling the execution of participating services. Constraints are specified as pre and post conditions of these coordination activities. At the execution level, we propose an architecture which implements strategies to verify constraints and manage the secure execution of coordination. We propose also an instantiating vade-mecum to configure execution level components according to a specific set of

Time Synchronization for Predictable and Secure Data Collection in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor networks are trying to find their way from relatively undemanding applications such as environmental monitoring to applications such as industrial control, which have stronger requirements in terms of security and predictability. Predictability cannot be achieved without coordination and the coordination of distributed entities and events requires time synchronization. Towards t...

Coordination Middleware Supporting Rapid Deployment of Ad Hoc Mobile Systems

This paper addresses the design and implementation of thin coordination veneers for use in the development of applications over ad hoc wireless networks. A coordination veneer is defined as an adaptation layer that customizes a general-purpose coordination middleware to a particular domain with minimal development effort. This technique allows developers to build highly-tailored coordination mo...

Two-level supply chain quality improvement through a wholesale price coordination contract on pricing, quality and services

Nowadays, competitive market creates the necessity of quality improvement in different levels of supply chains (SCs). This paper contributes to the SC coordination literature and proposes a bilateral coordination contract for optimizing pricing decisions along with quality improvement decisions in different echelons of a real case of a cell phone SC. The SC comprises a manufacturer who deals wi...

The Variation of Acquisition, Consolidation Memory and Coordination Pattern of Elbow Joint in Short Service Badminton before and after Aerobic Training

Background. Consider the fact that the implementation of aerobic exercise can be effective in the learning and acquisition process, and that training athletes to acquire new skills is appropriately done in terms of the primacy and recency of the training time for aerobic activities such as the warm-up. Objectives. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of moderate-inten...

A credit period contract towards coordination of pharmaceutical supply chain:The case of inventory-level-dependent demand

This paper considers a two stages pharmaceutical supply chain (PSC) consisting of a pharmaceutical manufacturer (pharma-manufacturer) that supplies one type of pharmaceutical product to a pharma-retailer. The customer demand rate for the pharmaceutical product is dependent on the pharma-retailer’s current-inventory level. The pharma-retailer determines the order quantity ( ) value as decision v...
